Antihelix, Absent

Objective: No discernible ridge between concha and triangular fossa, and helix

Comments:

This finding is common in a Protruding and Cupped ear, where the superior and inferior parts of the antihelix are often absent. This is distinct from partial absence of the antihelix as may occur in, for example, Underdeveloped inferior crus of the antihelix.
