Definition:

Subjective: A digit with two nails, with at least some soft tissue between them

Comments:

See the Preaxial polydactyly definition for a related point on bifid nails. The affected digits should be specified. If the patient has a partially duplicated digit with two completely separate nails, this term should not be used.
