Central Incisor, Single Maxillary

Definition:

Objective: Presence of one maxillary central incisor positioned in the midline

Comments:

If a single maxillary central incisor is present but not positioned in the midline, this could be hypodontia (see Ologodontia), but this cannot be evaluated without a radiograph.
