Definition:

Subjective: Reduced muscle mass on the ulnar side of the palm

Comments:

The reduced soft tissue is typically abductor digiti minimi and flexor digiti minimi brevis. This may be even more difficult to discern than is Small thenar eminence, but the same considerations outlined in that definition apply.
