Perioral Hyperpigmentation

Definition:

Subjective: Increased pigmentation, either focal or generalized, of the skin surrounding the vermilion of the lips

Comments:

Periorbital hyperpigmentation may be accompanied by Lip freckles, but this should be assessed separately.
