Lip Freckle

Definition:

Subjective: Increased focal pigmentation of the vermilion of the lips

Comments:

Lip freckles may be accompanied by Perioral hyperpigmentation, but this should be assessed separately. Lentigo is commonly used as a synonym for freckle in reference to the vermilion, but these are distinct terms when referring to the skin.
