Sydney Crease

Objective: Extension of the proximal transverse crease (five finger crease) to the ulnar edge of the palm

Comments:

The proximal transverse (five finger) crease starts on the radial side of the hand near the base of the index finger and extends toward the ulnar side of the palm, but does not reach the ulnar side. In this finding, the crease extends completely to the ulnar margin of the palm.
