Columella, Low Hanging

Definition:

Subjective: Columella extending inferior to the level of the nasal base, when viewed from the side

Comments:

This feature may occur with or without low insertion of the columella. It may be confused with an Overhanging nasal tip which may co-occur but the two should be assessed and coded separately.
