Subjective: Increased protrusion of the superior crus relative to the prominence of a normal antihelix stem (Fig. d,e)

Comments:

This finding is highly variable, and the range is illustrated in the figure to the right. There may be an inverse relationship between the relative sizes of the superior and inferior crura, but these should be coded separately.
